The year 1958 witnessed the genesis of the first private grant-in-aid Engineering College in Kerala established by the –industrialist-philanthropist late Janab A. Thangal Kunju Musaliar, with a mission of setting up a pioneer institution for engineering and technology in the State. Over the last fifty years, with a rich heritage of academic excellence, the institution has kept pace with the times and has often taken a lead in introduction of new programmes in emerging areas. In 2007, looking up earnestly towards its golden Jubilee celebrations, the institution exists as a proud testimony to all the dreams and aspirations the great philanthropist had carried about it.
We, the 1982 batch TKMCE products, extend all our support and good wishes on the occasion of the Golden Jubilee Celebrations of our Alma Mater.
